Society documents, By Laws and Audit reports

In October 2018, the Pakistan Society of Pediatric Oncology (PSPO) was formally established as a not-for-profit organization, fully incorporated to serve the pediatric oncology community in Pakistan. To meet local regulatory requirements, PSPO developed its Constitution, which was ratified by the society’s board following a member assembly motion passed at its 2017 annual meeting. In addition, PSPO obtained tax-exempt status in Pakistan in early 2020, ensuring that all resources are directed toward enhancing cancer care for children. The PSPO Constitution is reviewed annually at the General Assembly, with necessary amendments made to address the evolving needs of its mission.
